1. Select the correct size of a tube
and check inside to remove any particles prior to
the installation. |

2. Cut tube into desired lengths using
a roller cutter or proper cutter. |

3. Deburr tube.
IMPORTANT: Deburring is an
essential step before installing EZ-Joint. Make
sure to deburr outside surface of tube end as picture
4 using proper deburring Tools as picture 1 and
2. Tube end with burrs would damage O-Rings which
cause possible water leakage. |

4. Makes sure the cut end in 90 degree. |

5. Find a tube size on the Insert
Depth Ruler* and mark a line onto the surface of
the tube thru the size matching hole in the ruler.

6. While grabbing and pushing the
JAWHOLDER backward, insert tube into EZ-JOINT. Make
sure the mark line on the surface reaches to the
JAWHOLDER edge.
For smooth insert, put some lubricant* on the surface
of tube edge.
(*The final product of ES-Joint put SF18-350 on
the surface of two O-Rings. SF18-350 has certified
by UL ANSI/NSF.) |

Uninstall
EZ-Joint is designed not to be uninstalled once
water starts to flow inside. To uninstall, shut
down water flow system, grab and push JAW HOLDER
backward and pull tube out. |
